Tidal Basin

These are pictures of the cherry blossoms around the tidal basin. This year peak bloom was March 21 - 23. I was lucky to get some pictures on March 23rd, when it was nice and sunny and everyone was down at the basin. I also went the down early the next morning after it rained the night before. It was very very foggy that monrning and very few people were out. Enjoy (March 2012)
